Little Korea, Ampang Utama

Place : Little Korea, Ampang Utama
Description : A place where there're highest population of Korean. There's Korean Professional Hair Saloon, Korean Restaurant, Korean Grocery Shop, Language Learning Center and Korean Frozen Food Mart as well.
If you're into some Korean stuff like food or drama, it's good to take a tour over there :-)
There's a lot of Korean restaurant around Little Korea, if you found it hard to decide which one to try on, have a try on this.


Even it just an outing with my friends, I actually did some research bout Little Korea and I found out that there's blogger actually strongly recommending a Korean BBQ Restaurant there. So I am set with the address and also what me and my friends love the most - FOOD.

Restoran BBQ Korea - Kang San Ea

If you found it hard to find the place, here's a clue: There's Girl Generation, Super Junior, SHINee and some other famous Korean artists' poster right outside the restaurant, but sadly they never been there. It just posters.

So when we stepped in

Seriously it's not that well-furnished 

Simple interior and cozy as well

Warmly welcome by the boss lady

Don't even care bout if my language is proper I just replied 

'Sa *which i think it means 3'

The waiter seated us and leave us with the menu 

which is tempting :-)

You won't find it difficult to order food 

The waiters there understand basic English and some even can speak Chinese 

I'd been warn in KYeats blog not to order too many course 

because it comes with a lot of banchan - side dishes

So, there comes the food!

a total of 9 banchan includes of Kimchi, Cooked Potato, Omelet and a lot more

I'm sorry that I forgot the name, but it's the third selection on Chigae category

There're tofu, eggs and cabbage inside and the soup is very tasty :-)

*MUST TRY* 

Pork Galbi - Marinated Pork Slice 

It's not Samyeopsal but it takes the same way also, for those who don't know bout it

You have to take a piece of lettuce, place the pork, garlic, stir fried onion, green chili and a spoon of rice on top and wrap it up like a small bun

PUT ALL IN AT ONCE, it taste real nice!

As a add-on we actually ordered one more soup - Kimchi Chigae 

but it taste a little mild compare to the Tofu Chigae 

We actually thought we have to pay 50 bucks each for the meal 

But end up it only cost us RM 86

A little surprise and YES OUR STOMACH ARE FULLY FILLED.

It's a restaurant that ranked 

'Yes I would love to go again'

I tell her that it's gonna be a day of her favorite
So I'd planned everything and pick a place that 'wewontactuallymetsomeoneweknow'

A kinda rare place to go for KL people

The place where me and my friends went for the highest indoor slide
There's another reason why I brought her there

The Macaroons :)

I promised her that I'll bring her to try it out someday

since she saw there's a lot of people posting bout it 

The Macaroons cost us RM3.90 each 

which it's a little quite expensive for a small dessert like this

So we chose Chocolate, Mocha, Hazelnut Almond, and Raspberry

4 in total

We were so hungry so we walk along the same floor where we bought our Macaroons 

to fill up our empty stomach a little bit 

After 10 minutes

We chose 

Lummeeya !

Just as the restaurant name 

They sell delicious Lum Mee :)

I love Lum Mee all the time so :

She don't like Lum Mee so she chose 

Har Mee & Fruit juice :)

As usual

She don't like my Lum Mee and I don't really like her Har Mee :(

But we both agree that the Fried Dumpling - YUCKS!

and my Lum Mee is actually real delicious just that she don't like Lum Mee

and her Har Mee also very delicious - according to her

This meal cost me around RM45 

I think it's okay to try :)

After our meal

Cotton-on, F.O.S, and blablabla 

We had a lot of fun in Toys'R'us as well

Choosing a gift for her niece 

We drive all the way from Subang back to my home again

Paid RM4.40 toll fees since we're taking Kesas Highway :-|

Hmm when is the last time I actually own a pet.
I couldn't recall that but
I remember when I was standard 4
My mom actually gift me 2 pairs of hammy for my Christmas present
Unluckily they got busy
and what comes out is babies, babies, and babies
Few years later
all of them left me :(


Her sister'd gave birth to a cute baby girl
So in order to prevent unnecessary trouble
She brought her hammies to me
famously known as Fluffy and Bubbly
Give me some time to differentiate who is who kay.

For the first day they got here
Not bad
but my dad still don't know that there're hammies in his house so....

Believe it or not
I think there's around 30 juniors for Muriel
Most of them are from afternoon session
The teacher told me bout the juniors before
As you know there's a batch of well-trained cheerleaders gonna leave
And there're only Bolman, Anne, Wawa, Fara, Jia Wei, Little Sun, and Aimeyh
They've made half of the team, luckily.
So they actually need around 10 more girls to be in the team for next year competition


This situation happened once before
When Chai Moon batch going to leave last time
We were so worry since we don't really have a official coach last time
All on the one who left in the team
Le Shen, Xin Ying, Sook Voon, Jasmine, Michelle, and May Koon
They're not considered as 'well-trained' at that time
PLUS we don't have JUNIORS also
Pity us :(
Together as a team
We tried our best to work on everything
Being a captain is a little bit too much for Michelle that time
But still
She'd overcome everything by gaining her confidence and leadership, bits by bits.


During my year
I don't think there's any problem to do with discipline
Since Hiew Kuan and Hui Lii are quite obedient
I mean besides the losers that quit :)
Whenever we tell that there's problem with them
They try to improve themselves


Remember the time when we're young
And nothing can stop us?
Ohh I miss those time :)

We probably not the best, but we had the best of fun :)

Muriel, finally.

I think news spread real fast
Everyone already knows that - Muriel got the fifth place in National Cheer leading Competition 2011

It maybe means nothing to you
But to me, to Tennii, to Xin Ying, to Le Shen, to Sook Voon, to Michelle, to Jasmine, to May Koon
To everyone, that know how hard they work for this
That actually mean EVERYTHING to us

Before they walk out to perform
I told them
'Being in Top 5 is not what we actually wan,
we wan you to give the best show of your life,
and please remember, no matter what,
you're still the best for us'

A big hug for them
And I ran back to audience side
Wait for their turn to perform

My hands are shaking and my heart is praying
There they are!
Everything they do way much better than C3 performance
The little star almost fell but she able to balance herself and made the stunts!
All single-base stunt group are up
They are flying, yes they're flying
All my 16 suns are there :)
They shine, as they promised me.
Touched by every single thing they do on the mat :')


Thanks to everything
All their hardwork, sweats and tears was worth it
When the host announce that Muriel got the fifth place
I jumped up from my seat and scream my lung out
I ran to them and I saw they all crying like hell
Even the teachers are happy too
When Wei Yee tell me that she did it
I burst into tears :(

Pn. Azwana is sitting there,
she's crying too
I hugged her and tell her
'I hope this winning could make you stay, you know that we wan you to be in the team forever'
She give me a hug again.

I can see happiness all on their face

I have been wait for this to happen since the day I joined Muriel 

5 years, to be precise 

Especially to weiyee, 

i know how much she wanna win 

and the team too

maybe you think that weiyee wasn't good enough to be a captain 

but you wouldn't know that how much effort she put in 

to be great enough for you

to be the captain you guys wan

The prize, will be the best thing for her last year :)

Worst come to worst

Me and my dad scream at each other yesterday night
So fucking pissed off and I thought of taking a step back to my wonderland
Sadly, I found out there's no one answering to my knock on the door

So I just pick it up all by myself, again

'When I was young and everything is nothing to me'

Distressing as well

Somehow I need to get myself back to the reality also

In order to keep our mind fresh like the old time

But it works on me seriously
